„Improving Health and Safety Working Conditions в COMERG GROUP LTD to adapt to changes in the work environment“

The main goal of the project is to create a healthy and safe work environment for employees at COMERG GROUP LTD, adapted to the challenges of the transition to a climate-neutral economy. Its implementation is achieved through the following specific goals:

1. Improving air quality and the condition of the work environment in production facilities;
2. Ensuring ergonomics and improving working conditions and safety;
3. Providing social benefits through equipping recreation and sports facilities;
4. Increasing the sustainability of the enterprise’s operations.

The target group of the project proposal is all employees of COMERG GROUP LTD, and its implementation achieves the following results:

• A developed plan of specific measures for implementing „green“ models of work process organization and raising employee awareness regarding opportunities for environmental protection in the workplace
• Improving working conditions by providing a healthier and safer environment in work premises and ensuring ergonomics for employees performing activities in seated and bent standing поза
• Providing social benefits through equipping recreation and sports facilities for employees
• Improving employee productivity and creating a positive and fulfilling work atmosphere as a result of improved working conditions and work environment quality
• Creating conditions for extending the professional life of employees and satisfaction from their work.

Total project value: 254 210.00 BGN excluding VAT, of which 216 078.50 BGN European и 38 131.50 BGN national co-financing.
