Automation Engineer
Description:

The company is looking to hire a specialist for the position of Automation Engineer
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher engineering education in Electrical Engineering or Automation
- Ability to develop programs for controlling industrial machines and processes based on programmable PLC controllers;
- Knowledge of the main brands of controllers and their software packages.
- Algorithm design and development skills;
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics
- Reading existing technical electrical documentation
- Creating technical documentation for machine automation
- Working with the most popular engineering design packages such as Ladder logic, Visilogic, Unilogic, Unistream, Codesys PLC software, etc.
- Teamwork;
- English – working level.

Laser Cutting/Press Brake Operator
Description:
Comerg Group Ltd is a Bulgarian-American company founded in Pavel Banya, Bulgaria. The company manufactures machines for extracting plant raw materials, selling primarily to international markets. The company is looking to hire a specialist for the position of Laser Cutting/Press Brake OperatorRequirements for candidates:
- Executes the production tasks assigned for laser cutting and bending;
- Strictly follows the written work instructions and the guidelines in the manual for
- operation and maintenance of the machine;
- Performs mandatory inspections and maintenance of the machine;
- Arranges and distributes laser cutting programs in an optimal manner, according to the type and thickness of materials;
- Monitors the machine controllers and adjusts parameters when necessary;
- Monitors the stock of consumables and the availability of additional gases;
- Visually checks quality before and after cutting the parts;
- Packs and arranges the parts;
- Keeps a regular machine log with descriptions of orders and information about errors or downtime;
- strictly and responsibly follows instructions for safe work with laser systems and does not allow risks to the life and health of other employees in the workshop.
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher technical education;
- Technical competence to work with technological and design documentation;
- Experience working with laser systems will be considered an advantage;
- Experience working with CAD-CAM software will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in a metalworking company is an advantage;
- Readiness for intensive training and upskilling for working with laser machines in the company;
- Responsibility, strictness and precision when operating laser systems;
- Teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate;
- Willingness to develop and work with new technologies and equipment;
- Motivation and commitment to work and the company.
