Modern mechanical processing

What is mechanical material processing?

CNC lathe that can also mechanically mill elements High-speed mechanical processing of metal parts is a modern technology that involves removing a certain amount of material from a workpiece. This type of metalworking achieves a high level of quality, efficiency and precision in the final result. Main characteristics:
  • High spindle rotation speed: This ensures a better end result for finished metal parts, resulting in fewer defects, chips and higher surface roughness class.
  • No cutting fluids: There is no high thermal load between the tool and the part, leading to minimal plastic deformation.
Applications:
  • Processing of non-ferrous metals (hardened steel, aluminum)
  • High-hardness alloys
  • Materials that are not easily processed
High-speed mechanical processing is used to create tooling and small-sized parts. It is performed through metalworking machines (machining centers), which are designed for turning and milling operations. High-speed processing machines:
  • With additional feedback devices and special control and monitoring systems
  • Turning of hard-to-machine parts without the need for subsequent grinding to achieve a higher quality finished result
Comerg Group Ltd offers high-quality mechanical material processing services that meet all industrial standards. With attention to detail and commitment to excellence, we are your trusted partner for any metalworking projects.

MECHANICAL MATERIAL PROCESSING

Our mechanical material processing machine can process a variety of metals, including hardened steel with 50-60 HRC hardness, aluminum with 2.7 g/cm³ density, titanium alloys with 30-35 HRC hardness and stainless steel with 40-45 HRC hardness, providing high precision and minimal surface roughness (Ra 0.4 – 1.2 µm) at processing layer thicknesses of up to 10 mm.
