COMERG GROUP LTD, in its capacity as a beneficiary under an administrative contract for the provision of grant aid under the program № BG16RFPR001-1.003-0333-C01 по selection procedure BG16RFPR001-1.003 „Implementation of innovations in enterprises“ is implementing the project:
„Implementation of an innovative extraction machine for plant raw materials“
The main goal of the project is to implement product innovation in the thematic area „Mechatronics and Microelectronics”, part of ISSS 2021-2027 aimed at the market realization of a machine for extracting plant raw materials using subcritical fluid. Its implementation is achieved through the following specific goals:
- Increasing the innovation capacity and competitiveness of the enterprise.
- Increasing gross added value through the market realization of a high-tech product.
- Achieving market advantage and establishing the company’s trademark;
- Increasing market share.
- Implementing innovation in a complementary business process – information and communication systems.
The achievement of the main and specific objectives is realized through the implementation of Activity 1. AtImplementation of product innovation and innovation in business processes through the acquisition of machines, facilities and equipment constituting fixed tangible assets (FTA). The main instrument through which this activity will be implemented is the purchase of new and high-tech Vertical Machining Center – 1 unit and Horizontal Lathe – 1 unit.
The expected effect of the project implementation is also expressed in increasing the innovation capacity and competitiveness of COMERG GROUP LTD. The final result of the implementation is the introduction of a product innovation, which is based on fundamentally new knowledge about plant raw material extraction processes and leads to the formation of new directions in the development of science and technology, as well as the emergence of qualitatively new products.
Implementation period: 27.11.2024. – 27.02.2026.
Total project value: 999 200.00 BGN, of which 424 660.00 BGN European и 74 940.00 BGN national co-financing.
