Modern machining

What is material machining?

ЦПУ струг, който може и да фрезова механично елементи Mechanical high-speed machining of metal parts is an advanced technology that includes removal of a certain amount of material from a workpiece. This type of metalworking achieves a high level of quality, efficiency and precision in the final result. Key Features:
  • High spindle speed: This provides a better end result in finished metal parts, resulting in fewer defects, chips and higher surface roughness grades.
  • Липса на смазочно-охлаждащи течности: There is no high thermal stress between the tool and the workpiece, resulting in minimal plastic deformation.
Application:
  • Processing of non-ferrous metals (hardened steel, aluminium)
  • High hardness alloys
  • Materials that do not easily undergo processing
Mechanical high-speed machining is used to create tooling and small parts. It is carried out by machine tools (centres)which are designed for turning and milling operations. Machines for high-speed processing:
  • With additional feedback devices and special control and monitoring systems
  • Turning difficult workpieces without the need for subsequent grinding to achieve a higher quality finish
Comerg Group Ltd. offers high quality material machining services that meet all industry standards. With attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, we are your trusted partner for any metalworking project.

MECHANICAL PROCESSING OF MATERIALS

Our machine for mechanical processing of materials can process a variety of metals including hardened steel with a hardness of 50-60 HRC, aluminium with a density of 2.7 g/cm³, titanium alloys with a hardness of 30-35 HRC and stainless steel with a hardness of 40-45 HRC, providing high precision and minimum surface roughness (Ra 0.4 - 1.2 µm) at thicknesses of the processed layer up to 10 mm.
