The company is looking to recruit a specialist for the position - Engineer - Automation
Requirements for applicants:
- Higher engineering education with Electrical Engineering or Automation
- Ability to develop industrial machine and process control programs based on PLC programmable logic controllers;
- Knowledge of major controller brands and their software packages.
- Algorithm design and development skills;
- Knowledge of electrotechnics and electronics
- Reliance on existing technical electrical documentation
- Creation of technical documentation for machine automation
- Work with the most popular packages for engineering design such as Ladder logic, Visilogic, Unilogic, Unistream, Codesys PLC software or others.
- Teamwork;
- English - working level.

Description:
Commerg Group Ltd. is a Bulgarian-American company, founded in Sofia, Bulgaria. The company is owned by company Commerch Ltd. The company manufactures extraction machines for plant raw materials, mainly selling to international markets. The company is looking to recruit a specialist for the position of - Laser Cutting / Abbacant OperatorRequirements for applicants:
- Executes laser cutting and bending production jobs;
- Strictly adheres to the posted work instructions and guidelines in the manual for
- machine operation and maintenance;
- Performs the required inspections and servicing of the machine;
- Arranges and distributes the laser cutting programs optimally according to the type and thickness of the materials;
- Monitors machine controllers and adjusts parameters when necessary;
- Monitors consumable stock and additive gas availability;
- Visually inspects the quality before and after cutting the parts;
- Packages and arranges details;
- Keep a regular log of the machine, with a description of orders and information on errors or downtime;
- strictly and responsibly follows the instructions for safe work with laser systems and does not allow risks to the life and health of other employees in the workshop.
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher technical education;
- Technical competence to work with technological and design documentation;
- Experience working with laser systems will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in working with CAD-CAM software will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in a metal fabrication plant is an advantage;
- Willingness to undergo intensive training and qualification to work with the laser machines in the company;
- Responsibility, rigor and precision in operating the laser systems;
- Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate;
- Willingness to develop and work with new technologies and equipment;
- Motivation and commitment to the job and the company.
