COMERG GROUP LTD, in its capacity as a beneficiary under administrative grant agreement #BG16RFPR001-2.004-1206-C01, under the “Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” Program 2021-2027, through the selection procedure No. BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy efficiency and use of renewable energy in enterprises”, is implementing the project:
„Improving the Competitiveness and Increasing the Energy Efficiency of COMERG GROUP LTD“
The main objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness and increase the energy efficiency of COMERG GROUP LTD, thereby ensuring the optimization of energy consumption and accelerating the transition towards climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint.
The following specific objectives contribute to achieving the main objective:
- Reducing the energy intensity of operations through the implementation of energy-efficient measures in the building stock.
- Limiting the carbon footprint of economic activity by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
- Optimizing energy consumption and energy costs, leading to higher efficiency of production processes and better economic sustainability.
- Contributing to national and European climate and energy goals, including the targets of the European Green Deal, the “Fit for 55” package, and the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The project plans the implementation of the following energy-efficient measures:
- Execution of construction and assembly works related to investments in energy-efficient building envelopes – windows.
These measures are realized through investments in replacing building envelopes (windows), which leads to a permanent reduction in the company’s energy intensity.
Expected Results:
The expected results from the implementation of the investment are related to improving energy efficiency, contributing to increased competitiveness and a lower carbon footprint from the activities of COMERG GROUP LTD. At the same time, it ensures a contribution to mitigating climate change by reducing the carbon footprint and achieving sustainability in production activities.
Umsetzungszeitraum: 01.06.2026. – 01.06.2027.
Gesamtprojektwert: EUR 78,420.40, of which EUR 43,327.27 European and EUR 7,645.99 national co-financing.
